This is an easy read romance. a little stretch of imagination in some places, but Crown Prince Alessandro is very likeable hero with not a mean streak in him. Emily, for a barrister, has sparks of independence but for most of the story worried alot and was like a fish out of water. I found that hard to connect to. Her family are wonderfully loving family and a pleasure to read their tender moments.
If you're after a nice romance, with no in-your-face dramas, this is a great book for you. If you're after a feisty romance with sparks, catch up with The Italian Prince's Proposal when you've had big day and after something light and satisfying.
This is a fantastic love story. Right from the beginning the reader had no doubt where this story would lead and it was so much fun to get there with these two. Alessandro is a man of any woman's dreams. I don't want to give anything away but no one will be disappointed if they choose to read this love story.
